The product in itself and its functionality is good. But my main issue is with the replacement I had requested. The first item I had received had a button that was slightly defective. In exchange, I was sent a product with proper buttons but this time, the handle/belt to carry the item is missing. I can't afford to go through the process of getting it exchanged again due to want of time, but this is not okay, sending products with slight issues the first time as well as when asked for an exchange.
